Yep. Large majority can’t even hold out and read a tweet or a news article

Good luck getting them to be locked in and pay attention for all of that

They know the main charges and the highlighted testimony of a the main witness admitting he got what he deserved.

If they convict on anything it will be some lesser BS of minor with a firearm.

If this judge has more than 2 brain cells, he'll bypass any lesser crap and let Kyle go.

I hate the idea of the defendant having to raise an "affirmative defense." It should always be the State's job to prove the charge.

If they cause a mistrial by such circumstances, I would think it would be a mistrial with prejudice, meaning they can’t bring the case again.

They are losing here so if their only strategy is a do-over, they need to drop the fricking charges.

Yes! That was the charge that I thought Rittenhouse was most likely to be convicted on.

How is the prosecution not found in contempt that they knowingly submitted a charge that was a lie...

That’s crazy that the prosecutor knew the gun barrel wasn’t short enough to warrant the charge but pressed forward with it anyway. Good dismissal of charge there. What a waste of time and money.

The prosecutor just admitted that a charge of the rifle being a short barreled rifle was not a correct charge. The loser was charging Rittenhouse with something that he knew was not correct. What a loser!

Then argued to let the jury decide on if he was guilty anyway. Just another ridiculous action by the government.

The prosecutor apparently used the same playbook as the federal prosecutors who went after the Enron guys.

A bunch of those people plead out on charges then it later went to court on appeal and the judges said “Those charges aren’t crimes.”

If pointing a gun at someone is a criminal offense why isn’t Grosskruetz charged when he pointed at Kyle.

And the State failed. However obvious things you can never tell how people will rule. Minor with a weapon is pretty cut a dry. The question is will the jury bypass all that crap when they find him not guilty of murder when the prosecutions witness admitted it was self-defense.
