Kunta may not have been appointed to the SCOTUS legitimately

If tweet fails to load, click here. Under the U.S. Constitution, a person becomes a Supreme Court Justice only after three steps are completed:
1. Nomination by the President – The President selects a candidate.
2. Advice and consent of the Senate – The Senate holds confirmation hearings and votes to confirm the nominee.
3. Issuance of a commission – Once confirmed, the President signs an official commission (often co-signed by the Attorney General), which is then delivered to the new Justice. Only after receiving this signed commission does the appointment become effective.

Don’t get your hopes up on this point. Tough argument to make that the proposed justice that was confirmed by the senate (what a joke!) was never authorized by the POTUS because of the autopen. It’s the same POTUS who nominated her.
