Dammit. I was loving the compressed wood briquettes for fast cooks on my monolith. But I will not buy another bag while that arse clown is on their rolls.

I only use propane. Hank Hill convinced me a decade ago that it’s a lot cleaner and more efficient that charcoal.

Me too, I only use propane to light my Royal Oak charcoal.
A steak tastes better cooked in a hot skillet, than cooked over gas.

Why is anyone still using briquettes? Lump is the way to go and Kingsford to my knowledge doesn’t produce any.

Why don't you just put your steak on a plate and cook it with a cutting torch? That would be even cleaner, and more efficient.
