What does the precedent of him giving and in-person speech do to affect anything that comes of this? Is this an "aw shite, daddy's gettin' the belt" moment or a "yawn, he's talking again" moment?

One thing I do not follow in all this, why China would want us a neighbors. Because if we take them out NK, we are giving it to South Korea, reunite the
Country and we are on their border, just don't follow what China is thinking. Why would they want us as neighbors
