The appointment is what it is but Sotomayor's statement shows intent by KBJ to ignore the facts and make a decision based on her personal feelings about the president.
It’s one thing if ACB says that about KBJ but it is way more damming when one of the most liberal judges on the court calls you out for ignoring the facts when making a decision.

Today, I have decided to practice something the Democrats approve of wholeheartedly. I identify as a black woman. I want to speak my truth as a black woman.
As a black woman, I am thoroughly disgusted and highly embarassed by this black woman who was appointed by Joe Biden to the Supreme Court. She shames our culture everytime she speaks...pretty much like Kamala Harris did.

One would assume that the Democrats invented the word! I have never heard the word, EXISTENTIAL, as much as I have in the past few years. And most of the rhetoric was by evil Democrats trying to put fear into the voters. A person with a half brain could easily determine that the Democrats are the biggest threat to our democracy!
