The last couple of weeks was just the NFL and the msm pushing a purely false narrative.

the nfl just booked the biggest artist on the planet for arguably the largest stage/tv audience on the planet. makes sense
the false narrative came from all the magas crying about how he was an immigrant (he's not) and illegal immigrant (wrong again), a homosexual (strike three, google his girlfriends) a cross dresser (rock star wears a dress, more news at 11!), that he hates america (no evidence whatsoever)

Thats because youre stupid. 135 vs 20 sounds great until you critically think about how the medium was consumed

Y'all really need to click on the lyrics, I couldn't copy and paste 85% of it here. Supposedly there were modifications made, but the only way it isn't a hundred FCC violations (on broadcast TV, which is treated differently than cable) was to have made it unintelligible.

ETA: The embed doesn't work because it's flagged as adult content by X, which is why you have to be logged in when you click on it.

That's not Bad Bunny's verse, and any songs he did sing at the show were censored. I'm not sure what the issue is.

He kept holding his crotch like he was afraid one of the Puerto Rican dancers was going to try and steal it.

[Verse: Bad Bunny]
My di is being chased and I want you to hide it {What do you think "di" is?}
Grab it like a bonga {it being "di"}
She took a pill that made her horny
She f---s in the Audi, not in the Honda, ayy {my redaction}
If I give it to you, don't call me
'Cause this is not to make you love me
If your boyfriend doesn't—
He better fu—, ayy, ayy

Oh, sorry sir, not his verse. Makes all the difference.

Genius supposed translation
I'll take Janet Jackson's nipple over having some 10 year old latino kid hearing that.

"Supposed" being the key word, because those aren't the words he said.

Btw, Shakira sang in both languages briefly as well.

Isn’t it funny that us conservatives weren’t upset over that. Wonder why. Oh yeah, it’s because we are responsible people. We understood that Shakira has a huge following in Latin American countries that were probably watching the Super Bowl and her giving a nod to them by singing a little bit in Spanish was fine. Shakira also understood that her main audience and the main Super Bowl audience were English speaking Americans, so she designed most of her performance to entertain them.

This is the main reason most of us are upset over Bad Bunny. He did the entire fricking show in Spanish. I have heard so many leftist say how unifying his show was. How the frick can it be unifying if the majority of the audience doesn’t even know what the hell he is singing.

Maybe it was the counter concert that confused people.

Don’t project your racism on me. It has nothing to do with race. If you had any reading comprehension whatsoever you would have seen where I said I had been fine with Shakira doing some of her performance in Spanish. I thought Bruno Mars put on a terrific show and last I checked he is Hispanic. I loved the Dr.Dre/Snoop performance especially since I grew up in the late 80’s and 90’s listening to them. Last I checked they were black. Not a huge fan of Kendrick Lamar but had no problem with him being the half time performer as I know he is hugely popular with American audiences. My kids (white conservatives) loved his performance. I think the GOAT halftime show of all time was Prince. Last I checked, he was black.
This had nothing to do with race and totally with the NFL turning its back on the overwhelming number of its PAYING fans by booking an artist that was performing to a small segment of its fan base.
It’s difficult to book an artist that everyone will like but they booked a guy that such a low percentage of the viewing population cared anything about seeing. And they did it as a political statement. Thats why we were disappointed.

For what reason? I don’t know. It makes zero sense other than thinking this would somehow be anti-Trump.

Of course its Anit-Trump. The NFL leadership is aligned with the Democrat Party, and this is their message to America - Spanish Speaking People First, English Speaking Americans Last.

Those 135million were watching the game. Just because the TV channel was never changed at halftime doesn’t mean 135 million were watching sad bunny. My TV channel wasn’t changed at halftime, but all 30 people at my house we’re outside enjoying a barbecue.
