Sen. John Kennedy (R., La.) asked Democrats on Sunday to show more respect for Judge Amy Coney Barrett's Supreme Court nomination process than they did for Brett Kavanaugh in 2018, when some leveled outrageous gang rape accusations against him.
"We don't need another freakshow," Kennedy said. "I hope they won't get into the foothills of kinky and bring back Michael Avenatti and all that other stuff."
Avenatti, the disgraced attorney and former cable news darling, represented a woman who accused Kavanaugh of repeatedly participating in gang rape parties as a teenager.
Kennedy is a treasure.

New York Times also used the term gang rape when describing the accusation. I'm not sure what he was getting at there.

I'm never again voting for any candidate that has a (D) after their name - I know that Louisiana is a Red voting state, but trying to find a Republican candidate on a ballot is not easy - if there is one there they get my vote, not a (R) for an office - no vote for that
