That's great he served, I'm a vet too, but let's not act like everyone who has ever served isn't a piece of shite. Even guys who kept their nose clean through their career can be complete jackwagons.
Maybe it's just me but lately any politician that can exploit their military service they will to sometimes ridiculous measures. A local politician in my neck of the woods ran for marshal and kept prominently displaying his single Navy Achievement Medal on campaign materials. I did comment on their facebook page saying I had more than one achievement medal and a few others if that made me more qualified based on this dude's whole platform. They blocked me instead of answering so I suppose I'll never really know. I mean, the job is to serve people with subpoenas. Pretty sure you don't need military service to do that.

I'm guessing the one on the right is supposed to be his daughter, but he's 42, and she looks to be somewhere between 23-25 years old. Guess the missus was popping out kids before the end of high school. I see why he joined the Air Force.
