It's not fair that he gets a pass. He should have been canned with prejudice, or at least publicly disciplined. But we all know why he wasn't.
Nobody should be surprised at the outcome today.

Glad it is being pointed out? Yes, of course.
Disappointed in your acceptance of this? Honestly, I don't know you.. but as a fellow citizen.. yes, your willingness to accept the double-standard is troublesome.

Hey idiot. Keith works for ESPN not disney. It's an entirely different company. ESPN is a subsidiary that Disney collects the $ from but outside of installing the board has no input. I wish you'd research before you posted.

I don't accept it. I hate it, as a matter of fact. Its ubiquity doesn't diminish how outrageous it is. So it's fine to point out the double-standard. But it seems to me that we ought to be way past the point of shocked stupefaction at this phenomenon.
And there's something very simple that Roseanne could have done to avoid this whole flap:
