I almost feel bad i was able to and did in fact down vote the post.

I distinctly recall a protest the night of the nomination where posters were prepared with ALL POTENTIAL NOMINEES on them. They were ready to attack ANY nominee the republicans put forward.
There was also the case of those idiots at women's March who released a pre-written statement without bothering to replace the "xxxx" with "Kavanaugh" once the nomination was announced.
Dems were attacking the shite out of Barrett and she never got the nomination.
