Is it the trial or claims by their legal team? Title is misleading

It just doesn't look like 42% of AZ ballots being invalid is significant because surely if it was, one of this country's F#*KING NEWS services would be covering it
They thought the same thing over Hunter Biden’s laptop, the border invasion, and Twitter files too…

How did they get Mark Sonnenklar's hearsay and opinion testimony admitted into evidence? His bio doesnt mention any election experience.

I agree.
Until you've rigged at least 3 elections, you are hardly an expert.

The issue her for democrats is simple. You’ve spend a decade crowing about voter disenfranchisement via IDs, knowing it was a virtual non issue in terms of real numbers. Here, whether it flips the election or not, we have a clear issue with voter disenfranchisement. It’s clear. People showed up, and didn’t get their votes counted or were forced to wait so long that they had to leave without voting.
Just be consistent. For once.

Now go look at all the News Headlines about this case. All say nothing proven and Lake's expert blew up in her face...acknowledges all votes were counted"...or something like that. Either media is lying, or somebody here has grievously mis-judged the evidence. (I didn't watch trial...so I don't know....but I do know the media likes to lie and spin shite.)

It’s the feature not a bug in their system.

It could be both, right? The MSM could be demonstrating its natural Lefty bias, and conservatives could be allowing themselves to be gaslighted by their favorite bloggers and Twitter follows.
It is not a rational take on what happened in the trial to believe 42.5% of ballots were proven to be invalid and "massive GOP voter disenfranchisement" was revealed.

Noddying will happen with these trials. There all kinds of evidence, but nothing will happen. Media will go around saying nothing was found. Republican leaders will roll over and take it.

I watched most of the proceedings. The media is skewing what happened pretty badly. Consider this, if Lake wins then all the “election denier” stuff goes out the window. It will at least be proof the results were questionable enough in a court of law to render some verdict.
Considering one of Hobbs witnesses perjured himself on the stand and the other appeared to be reading from a script, I don’t think they did that well.
Also you have the fact that a large portion of the printers in The red areas of Maricopa county printed a ballot image slightly smaller than what the scanner was expecting to see is kind of a bombshell. That means 1 of 2 things happened. The print settings were changed to print an unscannable ballot in 73 different locations on Election Day. This would mean it was wide spread and an intentional effort. Or, some mass command went out to multiple printers which would mean the systems were networked and not “Stand alone” as they are required to be.
I thought the printer scale thing was really clever. Most people would never ever notice what was wrong. It was just slightly smaller so even though it looked the same the dots wouldn’t line up when scanned.
I’m not even mentioning the proof of custody issues they had. The administration of the election was a train wreck by accident in which case Hobbs should’t manage a taco stand or it was done by design which means Hobbs is guilty of election fraud.

Same thing they did in the presidential election. Our government is a fraud.
And this is the result you get when you have jerk off republicans saying move on from 2020. These people do not play by the same rules . They don’t care , all they want to do is maintain power .

When you keep rigging your chance for mistakes goes up every time.

The research has been done. Minorities are only slightly less likely to have an ID, and most states that require ID have eased the path for ID acquisition, even offering free ID.
Either you care about disenfranchised voters or you only care about Democrat disenfranchised voters. Which is it?

If my understanding of the legal issues is correct there were 2 issues to be tried to the judge:
1. Was there intentional conduct regarding the issues causing the delay
2. Did the state follow all the rules regarding chain of custody
As to the first, that is a very difficult hurdle but evidence was presented that would allow a judge to determine that switching ballot size was intentional
As to the second, intent does not need to be shown and it appears ballot security under the law was not followed.
What I don’t know know is whether the ballot insecurity issue requires a finding that it could materially affect the election thus requiring a new election.

Its only legit research and info if it comes from one of texridders sources . He has all the answers , to everything. Yet, never reveals those sources but he will damn sure make fun of yours. Not sure why brilliant minds such as texridder, only rivaled by the likes of Stephen Hawing waste his time on us here at Tigerdroppings.com . We dont deserve you bud.
