I don’t get it, we are assured on here multiple times a day that election fraud was rampant and obvious but when the rubber meets the road there’s never any evidence.

Not true. She demanded summary judgement. Meaning the prosecution has to put up any so called evidence/proof he suffered any damages or shut up. Her comments are protected under the first amendment and have not been proven untrue.

It is hard damn work to be that wrong in one post. If you are parroting someone I suggest you never listen to a word they have to say regarding legal procedure. The use of the word prosecution in a civil matter alone is enough to signal a moron. Before I bother with this post where you got your information.

Kari Lake was cheated. Her opponent works for the department that counts the votes. She didn’t even campaign, the fix was already in.

Yes because this is LAWFARE as used to drain her of money, via the PROCESS an an EVIL TACTIC to get access to her private discussions via e-mail and and other private discussions via DISCOVERY. So, she outsmarted these evil people and said show me the damages, it will be FAR LESS then court costs (THE PROCESS) and her having to go to court over and over amidst her campaign.

She didn't ask for a summary judgment she as for a default judgment against her a day after she missed a deadline to file an answer so she was technically in default anyway. You meant the plaintiff instead of the prosecution. If you had used the word persecution it would have been funny.
