We have Karens, SJWs (Social Justice Warriors) and BSC (Bat-Sht Crazy).
Are they the same or different?

There's crossover. Just like not all cats are lions but all lions are cats.
Some Karen's are social justice warriors and some social justice warriors are Karen's but there isn't one hundred percent crossover

No. Although there is always some crossover, the three are distinct.
Karen is ANY woman, left or right, who parrots what the media pumps into her as though it's life and death gospel, and who can't do anything without first being instructed by some authority. AND who often tries to serve as an instrument of that authority.
For example, Karen is the chick who sits in the right hand turning lane of the intersection, and though no cars are coming, simply cannot take that right without mommy gub'ment giving her say-so via the green arrow. If she's a passenger, she bitches at any driver who turns on red.

"Karen" has become a low key racist way for minorities to attack or discredit white women. Yes, whites use "Karen" as well, but there's a little more malice when it's coming from a person of color. Much like how "Becky" is a slur against white women as well.
White people would never be allowed to meme a black woman and tag that behavior as typical (Insert stereotypical basic black women name here) behavior.
SJW and BSC don't refer to a specific race of people.

BSC is different from the other two. I know this because I'm BSC, but I'm a million miles away from being an SJW and there's no way in hell I'm a Karen.

I personally consider the following
1. Karen has nothing to do with race
2. Karen is usually an over protective mom
3. Karen is a pretend, only when it’s cool, SJW
4. Karen is afraid to have too much fun unless it’s ok’d by someone Karen considers an authority, usually Hollywood, bloggers, social media, and general popular belief of like minded peer group
5. Karen needs attention
1. Karen has nothing to do with race
2. Karen is usually an over protective mom
3. Karen is a pretend, only when it’s cool, SJW

The BSC level of a Karen is determined by the strength of the authority she has championed (ie: reporting infractions to LOE vs. reporting infractions to the manager of Applebee's)
