As Mark Levin pointed out tonight, it's no accident the Dems packed the Judiciary Committee with the biggest nut jobs from the deepest blue states. They can throw this kind of bullsh*t around with no repercussions whatsoever.

And...this is a major problem with Kavanaugh’s hearing tomorrow. Ford testifies. He tries to refute the claim and the Democratic committee members start howling and asking “questions” (ie howling accusations) about these other completely bogus things that have come out in the interval of time delays that have been allowed. Grassley couldn’t stop it before and I doubt he’ll be able to tomorrow. It will be awful.

If the republicans would authorize the FBI to investigate these allegations, I’m sure they would be able to separate the real from the questionable. Lying to the FBI is a crime.

Are you under the impression that Congress has discretionary authority in regards to investigations by the FBI? That they are able to tell them, "no bro you can't look in to this."?
