In the video, what’s the problem? The rope doesn’t extend far enough down to person 2. What’s the solution? It’s not creating more rope, nor is it extending it with a vine, nor even is it having the person at the top of the mountain combining the two ropes and pulling up the second guy. No, their solution is to somehow create a completely unprecedented and unexplainable geological anomaly where the very earth raises 10 feet into the air in a matter of seconds to lift the second guy up to the hanging rope. A literally impossible change in the earth’s crust given the timescale.

It’s actually a perfect metaphor for the delusion these folks experience when they insist that government can fix every imperfection of humanity. All dreaming and hoping and imagining, but no realistic plan to actually achieve the goals they espouse to be working towards. Don’t have the two people work together to use the ample supply of rope to pull both of them up, no no no. Instead, just wave your magic wand, click your heels together three times, and whisper there’s no place like home. That’ll fix things!






That they don’t see how perfectly this video captures the futility of their agenda just makes it all the more perfect
