Question for Board moderates and “libertarians”: Why is President Trump comparing Kaitlan Collins to a transgender icon viewed as an insult?

First off, why group moderates and libertarians together? They’re nothing alike in most cases.
No idea and don’t care about question 1.
Gender is a biological truth, an inescapable fact. I think transgenderism is sort of like being gay: they don’t want to be that way but they are. That said, I am personally going to treat “it” or “them” how they want to be treated, as long as it’s within a very small amount of reason.
They better start policing their own before I change my mind though. That’s a problem within the gay community as well, and my opinion is that all the pedos/groomers should be lined up and executed

I’d say because the marketing campaign was a disaster. It’s the POTUS being low brow instead of “presidential”.
But I think Trump can poke fun at the correspondents event. It’s fair play.
And there shouldn’t be any bigger response than just that it was an insulting tone. Being the butt of a joke makes it seem like an insult.
Who is upset?
I haven’t heard of a big response to this. Anyone making a big deal out of it is just going falling for the troll.
