Justice IG sends criminal referral of Andrew McCabe to US attorney

There are no more doors to hide behind for Sessions.
He can't say the people lack interest.
He can't say there is a lack of evidence.
He can't say he should be recused re: Russia.
He can't say experts have not provided valuable input.
He can't say representatives have failed to provide any input.
He can't say a preliminary fact finding endeavor has not yet been completed.
He can't say wise counsel has been provided to him, advising him against action.

He can say that he doesn't believe that McCabe had intent to break the laws when he did the things that IG discovered.
