Look up what ASPD means.

He’s backing away from his “psychopath” take after I pointed out there is no definition or diagnostic criteria of psychopath in the DSMV. He’s now pivoted to ASPD

What diagnosis will he pivot to next, guys?!?

It’s crazy how someone on the opposite side of the aisle could replace “transgender” with a group they don’t like, and deliver an identical message.

Yep. The weapons they use against their enemies will eventually be used on them.

I personally think Transgenderism is a mental disorder. Which should preclude you already from being able to buy a gun because you're in a hospital or care of a physician. There needs to be no more ink spent on gun control other than to end the one's that are already there.

Nope frick that. You can’t label a group of people as not fit to own a gun. Very very slippery slope

If they are honestly answering the questions on the form, they would not be able to purchase the gun. I think the issue here has more to do with is being transgender a mental illness, which I think it is and would preclude them from purchasing a weapon

That’s false. This is about transgenders
He quoted a specific (though extremely general in criteria) diagnosis.

The same could be said of YT peepo veterans. Let’s ban them too!

No you’re just shifting the argument to that when that won’t happen and you know it.

He asked for a definition of psychopath. I provided it.

Once you realized “psychopath” wasn’t defined in the DSM like you thought, you pivoted to ASPD. Nice try, but I’m too smart for that.

That may be what they say…but they know that’s a political answer.
I think it's hard to say. Do you think "caffeine withdrawal" is a mental illness? Because that's in the DSM.

I think most practitioners would say less severe GD was a "condition" with more severe perhaps being an "illness".

Here's a list of all the times the government said "we're only taking thiiiis much, and nothing more" and kept their word:

Why do you think they called MAGA supports "deplorables?"

Do you not think they'll use every tool in the shed to take guns from those with alternative positions they find "deplorable?"

Go back and look at what that specific post was referring to. Then apologize.
*yawn* if you want to make an argument about the merit of gun laws feel free. If your goal is to argue semantic definitions this may not be the thread for you.

You’re comparing law abiding veterans to mentally ill transgenders. If the govt ever bans veterans from owning guns the system will collapse. Hence why it’s never happened. There is a huge difference. Again, you all know it but continue to argue just to argue.

Mentally ill violent veterans with a stress disorder. No guns for them.

I mean… it’s one of the most non-specific diagnoses there is. Damn near no one could ever possess a gun.
