Sure there is a question now about if you have been adjudicated as a mental defective (I honestly can't believe it's still phrased that way in this PC world but it's funny) but I disagree with that. The 2nd amendment says "...shall not be infringed" and much as I'm a free speech purist I am a 2nd amendment purist and shall not be infringed means shall not be infringed. That is an unconstitutional question to ask.

They are mentally incompetent. If you battle depression trey can hinder you ownings a gun. Are also known as the majority being habitual drug users.
So the form already addresses this.

No...we just dont believe you can strip someone's rights away without some sort of due process. Convicted murderers have been through the court system. Severely mentally ill people that have been committed were evaluated by a doctor and the state coroner. The courts also can make a determination of someone's mental state.

in 26 years I’ve voted for a Dem exactly 0 times on any level of government. I did onetime drive from New Orleans to st Augustine and back to vote against Obama though. Got home right in time to see him take Ohio.
