I was 77 eight years ago and was still in great shape - taking solo vacations backpacking alone into the Rockies for 5-7 weeks.
Then I developed a cough that is still with me to this day - and have become weak and tired. But I am still in better shape than Biden - could kick his arse in any field of physical or mental competition.
I did take the COVID vaccine in 2020 because I wasn't concerned about how it would affect me in 30 years - and any contact with the wuhan flu would have certainly killed me.

Went to a Trump rally in Houston a few months back. I was actually surprised at how enjoyable it was. Trump was on his game and was serious, funny, etc... throughout his 1:45 minute talk.
I was expecting to hear a lot of repeated stories but it was actually the opposite. He spent a lot of time talking foreign policy... Angela Merkel and the mistakes Germany made and were now having to deal with(immigration, reliance on Russian fuel, going waaaaay tooo far green and having to bring coal plants back online), he talked Iran and told some very interesting stories.
Just a great speech and I would go again. Dude is sharp.
