Why not just send a ballot to every citizen in the world? I am assuming the left-tards here would think that's a good idea, but by this logic I don't see the difference.

This isn't a new idea. I wish I could remember who I heard making this argument, but rest assured several years ago a it was made the - argument that as the world's sole super power and with every country big and small in its wake, citizens of the world should have a say in what happens in the US.
