Evidence slowly oozing out.
911 call. Female with a knife threatening people. Caller hangs up.
The female is from a Foster Home .
15 years old. Female does not drop the knife when ordered to do so. She goes after the first officer on the scene.
Officer fires multiple shots ....Female dies at the hospital. She could have been dead at the scene ...declared DOA when she is examined.
Suddenly Momma (where did she come from if her daughter is in a Foster Home? Obviously ...."My baby dropped the knife and the POOOOOOOOlice just shot her."
The story will grow as the night goes on.....

FWIW: I have a degree in Criminal Justice from the best CJ university in the country, a Master Peace Officer License, 24 years of law enforcement experience, and over 4,000 hours of additional training aside from college, the academy, and field training.
