I'm STILL scratching my head at how Levin got hooked up with this basket case.

Lol. The True Believer in Full.
A TRUE moral idiot.

I agree with roughly 75% of Glenn Beck's positions.
His opinion of Justin Amash does not fall into that percentage.

But this comment on Amash is perhaps the sanest thing he has ever said.

Amash swore an oath to the Constitution while at the same time defending illegal spying, violating the 4th amendment, framing innocent civilians, and a coup attempt
Yea...no thanks
Yea...no thanks

Justin Amash's Chinese business conflicts are documented outside of the MSM. But, since the information has not seen a second of MSM airtime, and sources actually covering it fall in the criticized ranks of Gateway Pundit, etc, I thought it might be helpful to shine a factual light on how dirty some of the swamp creatures like Amash can be.
Obviously, anyone in the media can access this information and question Justin Amash on it. So far none have.
Amash's family owns an Import/Export company, Michigan Industrial Tools ( MIT). MIT in turn owns Tekton (its main marketing arm) which wholesales to Home Depot, Walmart, etc. The Amashs/MIT own >20 other entities designed for distribution of their imported Chinese manufactured products ( List of Amash-owned trademarks/companies).
Michigan Industrial Tools was originally founded as Amash Brothers Distributing in 1956 when the Amash's father first immigrated to the US. It is a lucrative family business. Current estimates show MIT with annual revenue of $23,358,818.00 and a staff of 38 employees ( LINK).
MIT keeps Justin himself on payroll through part-owner distributions to the tune of $500K-$1M/yr ( LINK). It is unclear outside of representing company interests in Congress and pulling money, that Justin has anything whatsoever to do with his daddy's business. There are documented and shady campaign finance relationships between Justin and his daddy's company ( Justin Amash Got A Big Raise From His Dad Just Before Loaning His Campaign Money).
The Amashs' marketing/trademark company, Tekton Inc, founded in 1991 is basically a front located and operated out of their Michigan Industrial Tools address (3707 R B Chaffee Mem Drive, Grand Rapids, MI). Tekton's Estimated annual revenue is listed at $1,254,778.00( LINK).
Michigan Industrial Tools' manufacturing arm, Dynamic Source International, is based in China. Like Michigan Tools, Dynamic Source International is marketed as Tekton. ( LINK). As the sole source of product for Michigan Industrial Tools, a 25% tariff on Dynamic Source International products would hit the Amashs in the pocketbook to the tune of perhaps millions of dollars per year.
Hence, Justin's personal anti-tariff, never-Trump, choose-China-over-the-US motivation.

It’s a text, so you have to imagine Glenn’s pleading and hand wringing.

I was just starting to consider giving Beck a second chance. I really should have known better.

I like a lot of what Glenn says.
Same with Justin Amash.
I think Justin is losing his mind about Trump.
Glenn has some nonsensical stance he’s making here. It’s wrong, IMO.

Yep. Glenn told how bad and dangerous Hillary was but then said he had to vote for her because Trump was worse than Hitler.

I did not see that tweet on Beck's twitter.
Wonder if he took it down or if I am just twitter incompetent (very possible).
I just wanted to see the comments

WJBO needs to boot him and find a better conservative. Beck is dumber than even Michael Berry.

How could any actual conservative dislike amash?

While it doesn’t go to his conservative bonafides, his statements regarding obstruction reveal a shocking ignorance of the elements of the law. I get partisan civilians ignoring those to achieve a desired result (like you), but it is quite a disappointment for a republicans elected leader.

Michael Berry is far from dumb. Maybe you should read his bio sometimes.

That pretty much sums up how I feel as well. I also think that is pretty fair. Beck has his quirks no doubt but I also believe that he is a genuinely good man that has the country's best interest at heart....even if he gets a little off the rails with some positions.

I can’t speak for conservatives but Trump is an iconic President with a large majority of them. Of course they are gonna dislike someone in Congress that wants to remove that President for no good reason at all.

This. Hell, Beck was essentially anti-Trump at the git go. Beck has a sentimental bent; which he lets rule first reaction. He'll come around, especially if Amash begins to spell trouble for the Trump Team. He (Amash) won't; Beck can gripe when Trump backs a Primary Opponent who'll slam JA.
PS...most all real Conservatives now that we can ill afford very many McCain-esque 'loose cannons'. To much on the table. All hands on deck...shooting at the enemy.
