This is a Facebook meme making the rounds. It’s an out of context quote from 2014, he’s describing Russia’s view of its citizens and contrasting it with American ideals. The quote is about Russia, not the US.

The sentiments of a true tyrant.
Obama was the worst thing to ever happen to America.
He is the spark that permanently corrupted the institutions of American government and began its irredeemable down spiral and eventual destruction.
Prog Democrats will accomplish what a civil war, the British Empire, the Soviet Union, Islamist terrorists, and Nazis all failed to do.
I’m leaning more each day to getting out while the getting is good.

He already has. On many occasions.
Remember when Reggie broke up with him and left the White House? He used Air Force One to fly to Florida and try to patch things up. The media was silent.
Except for spreading the cover story of Obama catching Reggie in bed with a woman in the White House. That's strange. Reggie is never seen publicly with a female romantic interest.
