the people paying the public sector workers aren't at the bargaining table.
They bargain when they vote.
Which counts more? A vote or millions in union contributions?

And they voted for Trump. Not radical leftist judges.

Just fire like 80% of management. I worked there for a few months when I was on layoff working fir BNSF. it was easily the worst job ive ever had. Management does nothing but sit around on their phones yelling at carriers and clerks. Most days are endless 12 hour shifts and low senior workers have to run Amazon packages on Sundays. You almost always get called in on days off. Once you are done carrying the route youre assigned you have ti do half of another one so you might be walking 15+ miles almost 6 days a week.
frick working for the USPS. I should have just stayed on unemployment that year lol.
Although driving the LLVs was fun. Theyre Chevy S10 blazer frames with the front wheels set in and an aluminum frame. They drive like go karts lol

No one should have the power to keep any worker from unionizing.
In government unions there is too much of a conflict of interests.

But it is dwarfed by the billions the rich use to buy influence. The unions did not create the game, but they have to play it.
I give Trump credit for not hiding who he is.

Correct.
FDR recognized that public sector unions were a bad idea.
Unlike private sector unions where both sides have 'skin in the game', both the employer (government) and public sector union are playing with other people's money.
It's almost risk free bargaining and that is not how fair bargaining works.

1. Tell us why unions are even still necessary 2. Then tell us why Federal employees would need one
As a retired FAA fed employee of 37 years, I can tell you that most of the mgmt I had to deal with wouldn’t cut it as mgmt in the private sector. So the union helped balance the poor mgmt. But at the same time the unions were a-holes too. They also support the Dems. During the Clinton years, Unions were given everything they asked for and more, it was ridiculous. When they left, instead of mgmt doing the right thing they appeared to take retaliatory steps to piss us off. I was in and out of the union several times, both sides were unreasonable. Always a conflict.

I doubt that. States rights stands in the way of that.

I can't wait to see the fireworks if Trump puts out an EO rescinding Kennedy's.

Yeah, I would put damn good money on this going before an en banc panel and getting reversed very quickly.
