Trump was elected as the head of one of the three co-equal branches of government, not as a Roman Dictator.

The dictatorship is coming from the judiciary from judges with massive conflict of interests, who are defying the mandate the majority gave to the president and both chambers of congress.

Any corrupt judge that stops this mandate is the dictator.

Because TDA is recognized by the Federal government as a terrorist organization. They are here illegally and committing violent crimes in our country. They were strategically "dumped" on us by the Venezuelan government, which is currently under sanctions by the US.

We owe them no hearing. Just like the hundreds of terror watchlist suspects caught crossing the Southern border under Biden, they should be arrested, processed, and deported post haste

Why? They are not citizens of the U.S. They already BROKE the freaking LAW to get here. I weep for this country with people like you and Hank defending this.

Lol this is like when you tried to argue that illegal criminals have the right to bear arms

That was a theoretical discussion.

Saying illegals have the right of due process is a factual assertion.

Once an alien enters the country, the legal circumstance changes, for the Due Process Clause applies to all persons within the United States, including aliens, whether their presence is lawful, unlawful, temporary, or permanent. Nor do cases holding that, because Congress has plenary power to create immigration law, the Judicial Branch must defer to Executive and Legislative Branch decisionmaking in that area help the Government, because that power is subject to constitutional limits.

Where does the Constitution say that I have the right to be murdered by a criminal illegal migrant?

Just a thought.

e. so you would have zero issues with Trump and his majority congress impeaching all dem appointed DC judges and replacing them with lackeys who will simply "undo" anything the Republican party doesnt like from future democrat presidents?

Your post is obnoxious in its wording

Has anyone ever mentioned replacing all democrat DC judges or is the argument that the judges who happen to be democrats have known bias they refuse to disclose and clearly fail to follow the law and the constitution against Trump?

Are the American people entitled to a fair and impartial judiciary or not?

Should corruption be identified and rooted out or not?

It’s just really odd how silent these judges were when Obama drone strikes a US citizen.

A flimsy designation that may not be backed up with facts for some of those deported.

What if one of the persons scooped up isn't part of TDA? Committed no crime? Was here legally?

It's a time problem.

The only way to save the country is to act quickly.

You're never going to be able to act quickly if you have to follow a slow and plodding judiciary system.

A methodical judiciary system is the hallmark of a civilized society but it can also only exist when there is little or no existential pressure on that society.
In this moment it looks like it is a luxury we can't afford.

So when a leftist gets in and says "Global warming (or insert other liberal cause) is a existential problem and we have to act quickly. We don't have time to follow a slow and plodding judiciary system," you will be cool with that?

I didn't see any MAGA types objecting to obstructionist judges when Biden's CDC got reigned in on housing policy. Or his student loan payment order got held up.

You mean like enforcing the statute that it is a crime to enter this country illegally? Like the statute that says if you do that you can be deported? Those statutes?

That is a very polite way of saying "SDV is just a troll," with no interest whatsoever in actual political discussion.

I came to that conclusion years ago.

What does that have to do with the price of tea in China?

The ACLU filed suit on that, also

Dismissed for standing issues, which aren't present in this litigation.

There is discussion about justiciability, but that was more clear in the Obama case due to actual military actions (unlike this case where that's not established and is a major question for the courts to analyze)
