No attending Arguments for him would be voluntary not mandatory. He should show up regardless.

BS. In the Constitution and (Law Books) you are able to represent yourself. That's obstruction to justice.

Not allowing him to attend his sons graduation seems spiteful and petty.

Bragg, James and Matthew Colangelo have made it known the end game is to destroy Trump, Bragg and James campaigned on getting Trump.

Judge said he can't go to Barron's graduation

The school should make the graduation on a Sunday! Courts aren't open on Sunday's, are they?

You have to believe that 20-30% of American voters are seeing this is just ridiculous at this point, ALL the lawsuits.

Mostly asking the question, what are they so afraid of?

At this point, the most beautiful ruling would be Judge Cannon throwing out the Florida case with prejudice , and issuing a federal injunction against any court in the land pursuing trump law fare on the basis that it is a Ricco violation of election law. Let the howling begin, southern district can handle the appeal, and the supremes will have the biggest issue in history

i thought since it wasnt a violent crime, and they claimed it to be a federal procedural crime, federal procedural crime laws you arent required to attend court except for the sentencing part?

i thought that was only mandatory for violent crimes?

The case is pending in a New York state trial court, not a federal court. State rules of procedure govern proceedings. The relevant state procedural rule states clearly and unambiguously that attendance is mandatory.

I think him getting arrested does that.

The only question is should he force their hand on SCOTUS or wait till his son graduates?

Would public opinion relate to getting arrested for SCOTUS? Surely it would for his son.

The judge never said he couldn’t attend the graduation, he just didn’t want to rule on it today. He will make arrangements so he can attend.

As far as the SCOTUS case he won’t let him because it deals with another case that’s has nothing to do with his trial and Trump has zero reason to be there.

Two words. Wheel of fortune style…RSTLNE.

E _ E _ _ T _ _ N _ N T E R _ E R E N _ E

You get two consonants and a vowel.
