So if the CCP initiated an IBM Nuclear attack, a Judge could issue a 'Restraining Order' Ruling to not launch back until we were hit, as a perceived attack may have been mistaken, accidental or terrorist?

These corrupt Judges have essentially ruined our System with their partisan overreach and activism. Purposely so, maybe. By legislating from the Bench as it were. And it must be stopped before honest people just begin to ignore their Fascist enterprise. Or worse...take out the trash. The Left has already embraced political assassination with the proof being the Kirk murder and the response to it, so it's just a matter of time before the Right, out of self-preservation, responds in kind.

It's coming.

Someone with more knowledge about SNAP might explain this to me? So if you spend less than your monthly amount, does it carry forward? If it does, maybe don’t spend every penny you have in your account.

Sorry PowerBottom, but this doesn’t count as an actual emergency. You and the rest of the welfare lowlifes will have to figure things out for a few weeks until your representatives in Congress decide to cave.

Why can’t the judge just say the government isn’t shut down?

The whole argument revolves around how you interpret the legal language around this contingency fund.

Let's take an analysis of the possible use of a contingency fund

In this example let's pretend the Congress does not re-authorize use therefore the contingency fund cannot be used so the judge is ruling is blatantly wrong because in order to use the contingency fund there has to be legal authorization for the use and there is no mechanism to make a payment

The judge is just assuming that they'll continue to get benefits which is an assumption of judge is not allowed to make

Unless you're a crappy liberal Democrat judge

It’s a $5b emergency fund. If he loses the appeal and is forced to release the funds, then he needs to equally allocate to each state ($100m)

Won’t go that far but bigger states (Cali, NY, IL) would be effected more.

Again- what is the emergency and what part of government authorized its use under what conditions?
