County, GA.

quote:

The U.S. Department of Justice cannot have the names and personal contact information for every person who worked during the 2020 election in Georgia's Fulton County, a federal judge ruled Tuesday.

The Justice Department in April obtained a grand jury subpoena seeking the names and personal contact information of county employees and volunteer poll workers. President Donald Trump has long claimed without evidence that widespread voter fraud in Georgia's most populous county, a Democratic stronghold, cost him victory in the state in 2020.

Fulton County asked a judge to quash the subpoena, arguing it was meant to "target, harass and punish the President's perceived political opponents" and that it was "grossly over broad and untethered to any reasonable need."

"Given the low need for the subpoenaed information and the highly burdensome nature of the disclosure of the same, the Subpoena is unreasonable and must be quashed," U.S. District Judge William Ray wrote in his ruling, calling the scope of the request "staggering."

It’s hard to get the evidence when the judge is obstructing justice.

Appointed by Donald Trump

I bet McConnell had to have this one in Trump's first term.

Sounds about right.

And when will Trump shut up about 2020 and concentrate in 2028?

It’s the deepest of pathologies. He’s got a whole of government effort on it now.

If you are working a public election you’d think these names could be retrieved from a simple FOIA.

We will be dealing with the consequences of that stolen election in 2020 for the rest of our life.

At least 8 Americans have been killed in the last few days in this country due to illegal aliens being let in by the fake administration which was a direct result of that stolen election.

Trump will shut up about it when activist judges stop obstructing justice and sitting on evidence.

Who’s side are you on? You either want secure elections in our country and you want your vote to count or you don’t care about election integrity at all.

Does this not constitute obstruction of justice by the Judge?

Those people worked during a federal election and were sworn by duty to uphold Federal and State laws in doing so. Wouldn't that make the matter within the purview of the dee oh jay, if suspected illegal activities were conducted?

Guess we'll find out how far both sides are truly willing to go. My guess is that the side hiding the crimes will go all the way.

Take your TDS glasses off for the briefest of moments and ask why that might be.

Why wouldn’t that be available via an FOIA request? It’s a government job.

In the old days a judge like this, covering up crimes, would be tarred and feathered and ridden out of town on a rail….

No permanent injury but extreme public humiliation and ridicule…

We watched Ruby and her daughter literally do it on camera.

There's evidence.

There is plenty of evidence, the left just refuses to live in reality.

My take is that the judge felt a subpoena was t sufficient for the scope they requested. So I believe the judge is essentially saying get a search warrant for a scope that large according to the wording in the article

Sounds like another activist anti-Trump judge is about to get smacked down.

It should be. It should be information available to the public, at least upon request. Fulton County and their Democrat election rigging apparatus is scared.

There is a mountain of evidence, much of it since 2021.
