They are supposed to have reasonable articulable suspicion to Think You Are committing a crime about to commit a crime or just did. They're supposed to be able to articulate specific facts that lead them to the belief. And no. Because you're 50 miles from the border doesn't count

A reason they can articulate due to a specific set of facts. Can we not dump the Fourth Amendment while correctly going after illegal immigration please?
