I’ve never understood how an unelected official can override basically any decision that is made. Makes zero sense

I heard the “floating barrier” has created a new sort of structure for aquatic life.
Removing it could damage the novel ecosystem created by the barrier. Reducing emissions from all of the barge traffic on the Rio Grande is also of monumental significance. Less fish are killed.

A Federal judge preventing a state from doing really the only job our Federal govt has that it refuses to do…
This will go over well.
This will go over well.

So judge what do you want us to do?
Put a welcome mat out there and hand out bags of cash and cellphones to entering migrants.

Do what every sanctuary city/state does when they don’t like a ruling.
Ignore it.
Ignore it.

Thus, state governments do not have authority to act inconsistently (vis-a-vis foreign policy) with the federal government ... no matter HOW MUCH the state does not LIKE the federal policy. Yes, like it or not, "inaction" IS a policy.
if inaction constitutes an invasion, then the federal government is ignoring the constitution and all bets are off.

Just give some of the illegals the judge's address & tell them that is sanctuary.
