Why not? The guy has a legit prescription. They're just going to let him lay there without even trying it.

That's when she stated she sought medical advice from their physician Dr. Fred Wagshul. In the complaint, it states Wagshul supported the use of Ivermectin and prescribed it to him. After the hospital refused to administer the treatment, Julie filed the complaint.

Just skimming, it looks like they:
- tried a bunch of other expensive treatments
-none worked
-they were prescribed Ivermectin
- the hospital refused to treat with it because OMB.
So judge ruled they had to follow the prescription instead of playing politics.
Sounds right to me.

This is a huge overstep.
Regardless of your thoughts on Covid, vaccines and ivermectin, a judge has absolutely no business telling doctors and hospitals how to treat patients. NONE!!!

except the judge isn't. He's telling them to abide by the prescription of the patient's doctor. You know. The one with the medical license.

No, this is a judge advocating for a citizen.

The patient’s doc prescribed Ivermectin. The hospital administration decided not to follow that order. The patient had no choice until the judge stepped in.

A Butler County judge has ordered a hospital to treat a COVID-19 patient with the anti-parasite drug Ivermectin, a drug known to be used to treat or prevent parasites in animals, despite the CDC warning against it.
Lie by omission.
My god...journalism has turned into an area of pieces of shite.

I see it a bigger overstep to ignore the doctor's recommended treatment
This is similar to judge in Chicago taking the child away from the mother during a regular child custody preceding(Divorce happened seven years ago) because she wasn't vaccinated. She stated to the judge that her doctor recommended she not get the vaccine based on how her body responded to previous vaccines.
So in this case a Judge has ordered the hospital and pharmacy must abide by the doctor's recommendation.
In the Chicago case the judge ruled the woman had to go against her doctor's recommendation to see her own kid.

The staff that failed to follow the MD prescription will be sued and they will have to settle or lose.

Asking for a friend....
There are several Ivermectin products sold at Certain Supply outlets. Like a paste or a liquid....
The friend wanted to know which is best to measure by body weight ect...
Thanks. I can't seem to find the numerous posts that have covered this.

If the doctor prescribed the wrong medicine should the hospital be forced to administer ?
And by extension, if a judge can force the hospital or doctor to give you a medicine, the next step is that the judge forced you to take it… even if you don’t want it.
