How does that jibe with what their Supreme Court ruled?

All of this frickery for a retarded stroke victim. Unbelievable. They might as well call the race for Fetterman before the freaking polls even close.

Doesn't. Local lawyers will appeal it up.

Can another judge overrule this one quickly? Like an emergency appeal?

Is that why they do this horseshite last minute, similar to 2020?

I have questions for an attorney.
Where is Wednesday?

why wouldn't a ballot post dated prior to election day deadline at 5pm count?

Fetterman is suing to allow undated ballots to count. This op, if true, will really help that effort.

Why would someone wait until today to mail one in?

They go out almost a month before the election.

irrelevant in this case, for the reasons outlined in detail on the other thread, but yes, it can’t take that long, especially in rural areas. It has been decades since an envelope dropped in a mailbox in East Bomfunk was sorted in the post office in East Bomfunk and then placed in a post office box in East Bomfunk.

Now, all the mail from that little town is gathered up daily and hauled by truck to the nearest major processing facility, which is perhaps hundreds of miles away. It is sorted at that distant location and then eventually returned to the small town. Mail that you could expect to see received in one day in 1985 now takes three or four days to reach its recipient.

The sorting facility for my town is more than 120 miles away, and this part of Texas is pretty densely populated. In a desolate place like Wyoming or Montana, I’m sure that the distance is much greater.

So it takes a truck two hours to get there?

That's a lot or words to post nonsense.

It's 2022. There is no reason whatsoever for a voting system in any 1st world country to be unable to count all the votes within 24 hours. And ALL votes already received the night of the election.

NONE ZILCH NADA.
