Now these Marxist in black robes are refusing to follow SCOTUS rulings.
This is a ploy by the Marxist to push Trump to also not respect SCOTUS rulings, then they will propagandize the hell out of it. These folks have zero concern for this nation nor the integrity of its government.

quote:

However, Howell, an Obama appointee, said the Supreme Court’s ruling on NLRB and MSPB firings are not relevant to this case because USIP “does not exercise executive power and thus is not part of the Executive branch.”

“[T]he President does not have absolute constitutional removal authority over USIP Board members but must comply with the statute in exercising his removal power,” Howell wrote in her 7-page ruling

So, a lower court can ignore the highest court. But if Trump follows the highest court and ignores a lower court he's a tyrant.

Am I doing it right?

It appears that your perception is correct!
I repeat my belief that this is the Marxist strategy, continually attempt to provoke Trump’s admin to respond in like and let their MSM propaganda machine to blast it.

It will be appealed and trump will win. Trump brought an army of lawyers with him. I'm assuming he kept them to handle all of the lawfare.

USIP

Yet another one that Congress could nip in the bud by passing legislation that would effectively kill it.

We don’t need laws for everything.

We just need to hang Marxist judges by their fingernails. Metaphorically of course.

So, the USIP, unlike the other two is not part of the Executive Branch, then which branch is it a part of?

Are they still getting funded at the same level in the Big Beautiful Bill?

Considering USIP was established by Congressional legislation, is funded by Congressional appropriation, and is managed by Senate approval......you kind of do.

Add USIP to the pile with the DoE. If breath is left in either of their corpses when Trump leaves office his efforts to dismantle them will have been a complete failure. If either is left alive, as in not fully killed by Congress, they will be resurrected.

Anyone who, with a straight face, tells me that laws will fix our judicial fiasco is a fricking retard.

You're cute in saying that. The fact remains, Trump and the Republican Congress has/have the opportunity to fulfill a major part of his agenda in a real way, not a limited Executive Order way. If they can't do it, it will be a failure.

Glad to see your reliance on lying is still strong.

I had a thread on this the other day. Her quote that this thing is sort of public, but sort of private, was pretty ridiculous.

They don't want solutions. They've been told and primed to be angry and this is one of their outlets.

I'd have to read the full USSC opinion, both sides of the briefing, and the order to guess, without appellate review over this district court ruling.

I'm not familiar with litigation over this specific issue with this specific agency like I am other issues that have come before the court (14A, AEA, WKA, etc.) where I can comment more off the cuff.
