Every trial I have ever had has submission of jury charges/instructions 2-3 weeks prior (with each side able to submit objections to the others proposed instructions), with a conference immediately prior to the reading of the charges to the jury (AFTER the parties have presented their respective cases [i.e., rested]).

One might say that this, along with everything else about this case going all the way back to the unlawful search warrants and initial charges, is unprecedented.

But what do I know. Even when it looks like political lawfare, sounds like political lawfare, smells like political lawfare and tastes like political lawfare, it's obviously just totally routine stuff.

Jack Smith comes off as Southern law school graduate. Useless and ignorant. He's corrupt to make up for his short comings because he doesn't know what else to do.
