How is this possible I thought the USSC granted Trump that regulation?
They have, it's over. This is just more tilting at windmills from the marxists.

Remember she was confirmed with bipartisan support. Why? Because republicans are feckless and take the position that since the demorat president was elected he is entitled to his picks.
Somehow that’s never worked for Trump.

quote:This was inevitable. Talwani was the original Judge involved in the injunction. But as the Postal Service had not yet published its actual rules implementing the order, SCOTUS said she'd acted too soon. Once the rules were published, it was an automatic trigger for re-issuance of the injunction.
Judge blocks Trump’s Postal Service regulation on mail-in ballots
Dems will lock this thing up in court long enough so that implementation problems will come into the mix. The courts will then rule that there is not "enough time" for implementation. The game is to run out the clock on the 2026 election. At 70 days out from the election, this should be pretty easy work for the Democrats to stave off.

It really seems like they sat on their hands for a year. I pray th USSC issue a ruling in time but like you said, the game is to run the clock.
Our politicians are trash. Absolutely selfish, power-hungry, thieving, cheating bastards. Every last of them.

The issue is at the core of leftist manipulation of elections as the blue states refuse to comply with DHS and Social Security cross-checks for voter eligibility prior to sending out mail-in ballots.
The blue states do not want their voter rolls cross-checked to verify citizenship status and voter eligibility. We can only guess the number of illegal aliens on the voter rolls.

SCOTUS already ruled on this. The dems are trying to run out the clock and say there isn't time before midterms. Alls states have to do is submit from their SOS a list of the mail in ballots.
Why are the democrats afraid of basic transparency? This goes no where but they are trying to run out the clock.

Didn't the Supreme Court tell states you can't sue until the policy has been implemented, and now it has been impleented so this is the result?

we really just need a civil war and to the victor go the spoils. Nothing is getting done due to the petty lawfare.
