Does every moron actually believe they understand law and the specific issues being decided?

All it takes is a headline and everyone's an expert.

Absolutely there is. I just don't know what this judge would be charged with to warrant an impeachment.

I think it goes along the lines of making calls like this, when the upper courts have ruled on the issue specific to his courts jurisdiction.

And I believe they have, including Supreme court...which words their findings in a way warning these lower courts.

Hell probably try to dodge that by saying "it doesnt speak of shutdowns"

The admin needs to do just 1, to let all know they can't keep clogging the courts time for frivolous judgements

There needs to be a way to remove these rogue judges from the bench.

There is.

But it goes through US Congress, so good luck.

Good.

The President does not control the purse strings.

Congress does.

How exactly is federal funding/spending tied to reducing the number of federal employees?

Congress is not the human resource department for the Executive branch chief.

It is not about "owning the Libs". It is about reducing the amount of unelected bureaucrats infesting DC.

But it isn't this, It is firing a bunch of GS-5's from offices outside of Washington to appease the blood lust crowd.

You’re right, he just ignored the ruling. Trump should do the same thing. That sounds fair to me

Trump just needs to tell her that if she wants to stop something under the authority of the Executive Branch then she needs to run for President and WIN. Otherwise shut the frick up.

Did he? Biden's plan to wipe out 10 grand of student debt from every borrower's account went through? This is news to me.

Let me ask you something - Did you give a flying frick about any federal civil servant before this administration’s toxic & false rhetoric about them?

Probably not I would guess. What have they done to you? As another poster said, it’s pretty pathetic that you would celebrate someone losing their livelihood. They didn’t ask for this.

What I can tell you is, all we do is carry out the missions of our specific agency, no matter who is in the WH. We are not partisan.
