"I actually think the real threat to President Trump is not for actually taking the documents ... the real dagger to the heart here is the claims of obstruction of justice... claims of lying to federal officers. What is going to be the real heart of the case is that that President Trump allegedly got his lawyers to essentially lie to the Grand Jury, lie to the Justice Dept about the claim that they had found all the classified documents and turned them over."

What Hillary Clinton did is far worse, but that does not / would not have anything to do with this case. Not equal justice under the law... she should still be prosecuted.

If you remember the govt kept stonewalling when his lawyers asked specifically what they wanted and then asked them if they had received everything they wanted.....specifically for this reason.....and now they are charging him for it.
