They should be running this non-stop in Michigan.

Michigan Republican Senate candidate John James charged in a new campaign ad Friday morning that Democrats don't value black voters, and only want to keep blacks dependent on the government so they can stay in power.
quote:
"The Democratic business model is reliant upon keeping black folks dependent on the government," James said in the ad. "Countless people have died for our right to think and to vote for ourselves, yet Democratic leadership asks us to outsource our voice on a straight-ticket ballot to a godless party that neither represents our values nor our economic best interests."
quote:
“We've marched from Selma to New York, we’ve rebelled from Watts to Detroit, and ain’t nothing changed in 50 years," he said. "The Democratic Party leadership cares more about the black vote than the black people. And it’s time to wake up."

I like this dude a lot
Even if (when?) he loses vs stabenow, I think he has a fruitful future in politics
Many politicians started out with a loss

I would think democrats are spending a lot of money to keep him from winning. If he wins on the 7ths then he has decent chance to be president on day .

I’ve been wanting someone to blow that message loudly for decades

I hear this all of the time from my friends that are African American, they bitch about it all of the time. But in a Pavlovian extravagnza at election time, the Democrats make the charge of racism or Uncle Tom and they say, yeah we won't take chances, we'll stick with the status quo.

The status quo is destroying their communities. Americans deserve better than that.

Wish it could run nationally!

Neither party's leaders give a shite about anyone but their own wallets.
Think Republicans were clamoring to help during Watts and Detroit?
