Simple bank rule to implement: no customer can be discriminated against for any legal business transaction.

This board. That’s exactly what banks do in the course of their ordinary business. If they stopped discriminating because of any legal business transactions they would not be able to manage risk.

I’d disagree but I have no idea what you are trying to say here.

I’m sure you’d be all for banks not having to provide services to blacks or gays either you troll. You’d have a stroke over that. Conservatives and Christians are the only groups that get no protections. Time to fight back against fascists like you.

Making that argument that a business can do basically anything that is not outright illegal because it’s a private business is astonishingly an embarrassment to the constitution and the reason it was fought for. It was private business that government backed in patriots fighting against to create this country
Could you post this in English, please?

Small government conservatives, folks.

Should banks be forced to bank with blacks?

Should bakers be forced to bake gay cakes?

Seems like a risky move for USAA. A lot of people like them, but they were douchebags with me.

This is such a moronic comment. The government heavily regulates banking, dictates their lending policies including lending money to individuals with risk profiles that do not warrant getting a loan, provide insurance for deposits but discriminate based on political views is just a line that shouldn’t be crossed.

Not the gotcha you think it is.

De-banking someone has serious implications in today's world especially given that we are fast hurdling towards a cashless system (if big gov and big banks have their way).

De-banking and de-platforming are two of the more insidiously evil forms of censorship being perpetrated against Conservatives by the fricktards on the left.

I would find the behavior repellant, but simultaneously acknowledge that nothing in the Constitution allows the federal government to punish or prohibit such refusal by private persons or businesses, assuming that one applies the Constitution AS WRITTEN.

Nothing in the Constitution allows the federal government to give my money to the banks.

Completely agree. They should have the right to refuse service to anyone for anything. Like being black, queer, tranny, muslim, etc...

I'm about to ditch USAA and has zero to do with politics. They have been hiring morons for the last 5 years and are price gouging the shite out of my family for insurance with zero claims.

You're implying banks should be free to discriminate? The ACLU, NAACP, etc won't like that one bit.
