A. This is not an accurate description of the events, even in the worst interpretation of what Brennan is accused of
You are missing the point of prosecution. This is not about the case that will be brought.

B. Crimes happening "to someone" don't affect jurisdiction or venue, as crimes are committed against jurisdictions, not people, for procedural purposes.
Again, the case that is being brought is a precursor for something much bigger. Arguing about what is happening currently is useless. What happens in the near future will be worth debating.

Negative.
Needs the next step past prison time.

If you are trying to just now start to understand what has occured, I'd wait until the indictment(s) and read through those and follow those that cover it honestly.
I've been following this since the Flynn firing, which made zero sense to me and then it snowballed.
I've read thousands of pages of documents and hours of podcasts that cover only this particular subject.
Believe me, there are some awful, heinous people that have worked the agencies for a long time. Not particularly party related, although, by nature of government agencies, lots of dem affiliated.
They were all over Flynn in 2015. They went after carter page and George P early on just because they were identified as early Trump advisors.
It's really, really bad.

Yet. Give them time. These charges simply open up dialogue. Expect a rat before the New Year.

but these criminals did the crime(s) and now they have to do the time.
Would be nice if he, all of them, did time, but financially breaking them over legal fees is the best we can expect and hope for. Actually jail time would be rich delicious icing on the cake.
Especially after that sandwich throwing guy was found "not guilty" when he's on video doing it.
Now take it out DC, and the odds go up. A federal crime in DC needs to held in other parts of the country or have a nationwide jury flown in. DC clearly should not be the jury pool for a crime with national effect.

So why not just bring the bigger charges?

I hope he will wind up having to prepare his anus.

The eternal quesiton.
The true believers have come up with some impressively stupid spin, arguing that these are to make your average American become used to the prosecutions, except those people by and large neither know, nor care, about this stuff

Trump has never had a position in government, so they probably dont have a lot on him. I think he would love to prosecute people over Russia Gate and the Epstein files, but people in his own party are complicit and he knows that he will cause mass chaos if he does anything.
Which is more important to him? Prosecuting Russiagateand/or Epstein, or immigration/world peace/trade deals/energy, etc.
If he opens up Epstein, bothers the Democrats AND the Republicans will undermine him. He can go after Dems for Russiagate, but he has to be careful about how far down the rabbit hole he goes. I dont think you can nail a guy like Brennan for anything requiring serious jail time. He knows too much...

throughout this thread, sfp, you have said "Likely" "probably" and many not certain comments like this. however, you want to tell others how wrong they are.
how about this.....the investigation is beginning to uncover different information as it proceeds. the full list of uncovered accusations or crimes has not been made public just yet. I would gather that the republicans are playing this one just like the dems would play it...use the court of public opinion. hold the big cards until midterms.
just a thought.

Normie moderates don't give one single shite about this case
The people who care are already voting GOP or MAGA

Just goes to show you what retards the unelected bureaucrats are in this country. With every resource at their disposal, they are messy as hell when they conspire to do shite against their enemies. You would think with all of the resources at their disposal, their hands would be clean, and absolutely free from any evidence that could get them in trouble.

It's absolutely essential to do this. Washington D.C. is another New York City, only without the glitz and glamor.

assumption on your part. you could not say that in court. "...i know how others think..." would be laughed out of court. but you know that already.
