The reason this comment is so dangerous is because it does nothing but promote more racial division.
The reason for the pay gap is simple - white men are more likely to not only have a college degree, but also more likely to have a degree (ie, STEM) that results in a high paying job. It has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with education. And, since we're talking about a difference of genders, probably drive and ambition as well. Pursuing money, being aggressive for promotions, and wanting to beat out the competition are personality traits more prevalent in males.
You solve this by investing in educational programs, scholarships, and additional opportunities for Latinas to attain higher levels of education.
Instead, Biden and the left make it a race war, framing it as the "evil white man" making more money for doing the same work. What do you think an uneducated Latina is going to think when she reads this tweet? She's going to develop a subconscious animus towards white men, because after all, they're making a lot more money than her, while also being lured towards Biden because she now thinks he's going to wave a magic wand and rectify the issue.
