This is frightening. These people will stop at nothing. A new executive order put out by the Biden admin. You have to consider when they say "discrimination" they mean the Ibram X. Kendi version where ANY disparity by race is unquestionably rooted in something racist happening.

This isn't exactly new; it's just now being applied to AI. As an example, using "objective criteria" for rental applicants, criminal bond schedules, or whatever, doesn't shield the decision maker from claims of illegal disparate impact.
