Can someone explain to me why Joe Biden can't drag his fossil arse to a swing state and speak gibberish for a few minutes from a teleprompter? Never seen such a ridiculously lazy and weak presidential campaign. Hopefully he collapses on stage in Wilmington.

Why Delaware? My guess is because it's his home state. He won't frick up and tell the people of Delaware they're Texans or some shite. Any time he goes some place else he doesn't know where he is.
