The video cut off very quickly. Did he correct himself immediately after? Some videos are very misleading. Having said THAT - pause - can you blame him? He's been running for Senate for 40 years that's why its so automatic in his speech. NOBODY should be in the Senate for more than 12 years and they should receive retirement in the equal amount of what social security pays the average American.
