Job growth exceeds expectations by 50% so MSNBC headline unemployment jumps to 3.7%

Job growth in June was 224,000 which was over 50% incresase from projected 160,000 and MSNBC chyron stated unemployment jumps to 3.7% which they left up for 10 minutes while they did all they could to avoid the jobs report. So despicable and deplorable.

When a move to 3.7% unemployment is a bad move, you are officially in an economy that is kicking fricking arse.
It's like saying, "that super fit person just jumped from 5% body fat to 6%".

If everybody who disappeared from the work force formula completely during the Obama years came back looking for a job, the unemployment number would go way up along with new jobs for a while.

The labor participation rate increased, meaning more people who had previously given up trying to find a job because they were discouraged looking for employment and were thus not counted as "unemployed" have now decided to look for a job because there are so many job openings. That means they are now counted as "unemployed" again.
That's a good thing.
