i don’t pretend to be an expert on this, but the basic timeline to me seems to be one day the IC says Russia didn’t frick with election infrastructure, and the next day they started looking at what they actually did do, which is try to sway public opinion against Hillary.
the media really did the dirt here. that’s who tried to make it seem like Trump and Russia were actually conspiring. not sure any evidence of that ever turned up.

It's not even debatable. A sitting president used the intelligence community and the media in a fraudulent campaign against an opposition party candidate in an effort to delegitimize an election and influence another.
