They are vicious in the sense that if the father decked her for screaming at the child like that she wouldn't fight back. Instead, she would scream how she was a victim, call the police (she otherwise hates) to arrest the father, then do whatever necessary to ruin both the father (and child's) life. If the dad would have decked the black woman she would have fought back.

I promise you, if these people had guns and immunity (and the people had been sufficiently disarme), she'd have shot that man and little girl in the head no problem.
She, and people like her, would have no issue going door to door to houses of her political enemies (at least the ones she's been programmed to hate since she doesn't have an original thought in her head) and killing them all wholesale.
