Trump should do a rally with that on his hip.

Commemorative firearms typically are... But when Jesse James is involved, he is not far removed from gang-banger... It is his tribute, so let him be artistic...

At least it isn't piss in a jar with a crucifix...

That's a spectacular firearm. Jesse is meticulous in detail and has a unique style like nobody else.

I guess I’m the stick in the mud.

The engraving is on point.

But

I hate the look of that length and I feel like it is grossly out of balance especially for a 1911 that always fits so effortlessly. Lastly, I keep thinking the pull out of a holster would be an absolute bitch.

Yes, I know it’s more art than anything but I don’t tlkike those esthetics.

All probably true.

But my question: Would all the posters who love this gun feel the same way if it commemorated Malcolm X? If not, you love Trump, not the gun.

Why do you consider this a valid question? If someone is not a fan of Malcolm X, I would not expect them to like any firearm done in his honor... Same with someone that doesn't like Trump...

It does not change the fact that I can still appreciate the firearm for what it is... I really don't care for it but I love the 1911 frame but I can appreciate the amount of work Jesse James puts into a custom firearm like this at the same time...

Why does it always have to be X or Z with you?

Put some pearl handles on and give it to a pimp from a cheap New Orleans whore house.

Actually, it’s not bad at all.

Entertaining. You people normally complain because I point out the gray areas that refute your facile positions

But you have made my point for me. I strongly suspect that 95% of the posters who “love this gun” simply love Trump instead. They simply lack the balls to admit it.

Thank you for the honesty.

Being a felon prevents you from having a manufacturing company? Interesting...

If that company manufactures guns, then yes.
