Im not an attorney or one that specializes in firearm permits. But knowing you lose your right to own firearms agate being convicted of a felony and you having to be permitted by the ATF to create firearms, i concluded that you would not be permitted to do so with one. So unless you are an attorney that specialized this and/or you show some proof that someone has done it, your jibber jabber is useless.
